Vijay Raja Homes Private Limited (a Chennai based residential real estate developer) received ₹80 crore in strategic funding through the issuance of private, non-convertible debentures( NCDs ). Sundaram Alternates subscribed to this investment and it's a key milestone on the company's growth trajectory.

This new funding will help accelerate construction across all ongoing residential developments and allow for launching new projects that are currently in the planning or execution phases. This financing is consistent with Vijay Raja Homes strategy to strengthen its future project pipeline while maintaining momentum on existing construction and exercising prudent financial management.
