CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND POLICY
• 1 to 7 DAYS 100% Refund – No Deduction*
• 8 to 30 DAYS 50% DEDUCTION on Booking amount and remaining paid amount, if any will be refunded.*
• 31 DAYS onwards NO REFUND on Booking amount and remaining paid amount, if any will be refunded.*
* The above cancellation deduction is on Booking amount, the remaining paid amount will be refunded after deducting the Card/Bank payment charges if any, as per the Policy.
How to apply for Cancellation:
Customer should send an Email request to the CRM Team @ email@example.com
No Verbal / Telephonic / Message cancellation requests will be accepted.
The unit will be Auto Cancelled if the required payments from the customer are not received within 30 days from the Date of Booking.
If there is any eligible Refund as per the above policy, the same will be processed in 90 working days from the Date of Request Received.
